A Documentary Movement Theatre Piece
To be or not to be a father?
Three men on stage – a father-to-be, a young father, and a grandfather – attempt to answer this simple yet complicated question.Through movement, texts from real interviews, and original music, a poetics of the everyday is created on stage: between emotion and humor, between intimacy and chaos. The performance weaves together personal stories and recorded interviews with people speaking about their own fathers, or the fathers they have become. The texts heard on stage present the gap between the father we are, and the father we always dreamed of being.

The kind of play you can't stop thinking about.
Theater that manages to touch on a charged subject without falling into clichés. Highly recommended.
So many questions and criticism regarding fatherhood, but also so much love. I left deeply moved.
